Zongshen 200cc zs163fml problem clutch

Hello guys im New on this forum..

SO i have atv fuxin with zongshen 200cc zs163fml engines..
My english not good and Will BE hard to explain what is My problem, but i Hope u Will understand..

I have problem with clutch, when engine is running ( means working) and when I press clutch somethig kill My engline its must work normal Like neutral..
Its means My clutch bucketnot work normaly..

Also i adjustment cable for clutch..but same.not.workw
