Honda cbr 600 f2 95-100hp
Triumph Daytona 955i 136hp
Benelli Tornado 900 130ish hp

Currently looking at getting an old Honda VF500 68hp... It's not all in the power, smaller bikes can be even more fun since they tend to be lighter (and let's face it making a smaller cc bike howl through the corners is way more fun than putting around in one gear letting the torque do the job)

My first bike was a Benelli 90cc. Bought it used and hid it from my parents. Use to ride it in the field next to me. Neighbors ratted me out. But it was a faint accomplie.

Thumbs Up Where do I Buy a Benelli Leoncino 500

Hi Guys,
I’m really interested in purchasing a NEW Benelli Leoncino 500 motorcycle. I’m not sure of who is selling the Leoncino 500 in the U.S.A. or California.
I’d really appreciate it you’d notify me where to visit or talk to about learning about and buying the New Leoncino 500!
Can you tell me where a Benelli Dealer is located in California? The more locations I know about the better!
I’m especially wanting to buy the Benelli Leoncino 500 Scrambler. I like the 19” front wheel and the 17” rear wheel.
So I’m hopeful that someone that visits this Forum Site will share with me where I should travel to to see and purchase a Leoncino Scrambler.
Thanks,
Pismocycleguy,
Pismo Beach, California

Benelli are distributed in the US via SSR Motorsports. I do believe they are sold in San Diego via JP Motorsports. I think that is my closest SSR/Benelli dealership here in Yuma, AZ. There might be a dealership in Phoenix, but San Diego is literally about the same number of miles and is far nicer to visit hands down.

OK, used my old zip code 91326 and within 100 miles on their site and they list a dealer in Simi Valley which would be much closer to you, and several more from the Inland Empire clear down to Orange County. If these are actual dealers, then it would seem that they are gaining dealerships. This might be the case based on their pitbikes quality, not to mention the quality of their other bikes like the XF250 as well as being able to carry Benelli bikes. Try your zip code and see if you have dealers up your way... http://www.ssrmotorsports.com/store/dealer_locator.php

A good review in general (not a comparison, and also not a review with expectations of winning the Moto GP)

Another review of the standard version (the review above is the 'Trail' version)

The dealers may or my not have them in stock yet. They just got EPA approval.

Fantastic that you figured out how to link the list! I am suggesting to make a section a EPA List sticky, and toss on the newest list when it becomes updated, both offroad and onroad lists. Once people start figuring out how to read them, we can discuss which approved models will actually make it to our shores. I think of these lists like a Christmas list AND Easter egg hunt wrapped up as one

The Leoncino is starting to hit dealerships now. S&N Motorsports in Port Charlotte just got one in. Looks like they are priced at $6199. Saving my pennies for spring!
