Changed oil, changed spark plug, adjusted throttle cable, adjusted clutch cable and put on a new set of grips. Next up will be check valve lash and rejet the carb, already have the Sigma kit.

Thanks to the birthday gift from Frank AKA (oneleggedrider) I install a set of Kenda 760's and Kenda Tuff Tubes on my Hawk. I can't wait to see how they handle in the soft sand. Stock tire were a little scary in the sand. I couldn't believe how smooth they ride for such an aggressive thread on the pave.

Put a pz30b pump carb on, but due to other obligations I haven't had a chance to tune it. I pulled the pilot and main out of my old carb, set the mixture screw the same, but now its lean at idle. I used the new carb's slide and my old needle and the cutout was higher on the new slide. My old one was a little rich off idle, so I may keep this leaner slide and go up on the pilot. Thankfully it uses the same pilot as my keihin fcr carbs and I've got a few around. It's got a 38 now and I'll go with the 40 tonight.

Having a wideband meter makes tuning so much easier.

80/110-21 front and 110/100-18 rear. Same as stock but these sit a little taller. Both tires where sitting on the ground on my center stand. I had to put a piece of 3/4" plywood under the stand to get the tire off the ground so i could lube my chain.

Tires

Hi jerry, I have a 2020 tbr7. I put nobbies on my bike, both front and rear. My tires are a lil narrow then your front and rear especially the front. 70/100 for the front kenda Melville II and 100/100 for the MAXISS IT rear. Front end still feels very unstable In ANY depth of sand. I grew up riding dirt bikes on LONG ISLAND ny. Im familiar with sand! My bike is not good in sand. I see you have a brace on your forks, I tried to get one like it from WHITES? Sports, but it was a bait and switch thing. My forks are the Exact same as yours and they are VERY flexible. Im thinking that may be some of the instability im experienceing.
Keep us posted on how your new tires do. Your bike looks like it means "BUSINESS"

Swapped out the front sprocket from 17T to 16T to gain back some lost torque when i swapped the rear 46 to a 42..
With the 16/42 pair im now at 2.625 vs previously with 17/42 at 2.470 vs 2.705 stock
I just came to the realization that id rather have an acceleration/torque boost than a few mph on top when i'd rather not be riding highways anyway

Pulled the rear shock to have it revalved for my weight. Oil change, kn filter install, oil filler plug and engine plug set, and new tires/tubes. Much more betterer in the dirt, about the same on the street aside from a little bit of noise.
With the stockers I could break loose in 1st 2nd and third. Now it won't even break loose in 1st it just gets up and goes.

Motoz Tractionator enduro it rear, Michelin ac10 front.
