Is Venom MotorSports a crap shoot???

Hey, y'all.

Good: They a have a great selection of bikes at decent prices!

Bad: A LOT of BBB complaints.

The Ugly: Seems like they really shaft anyone that leave a negative review/complaint.

Should I look elsewhere? I need a reputable dealer with good customer service.

Appreciate your input.

I for one found them to be one of the best dealers I've bought from. The after sales service is one of the best as well. I've had a couple of issues with my X22R and they has sent out replacement parts fast. I dealt with Moose who answered tons of question even before I got the X22R. And believe me I asked a lot. lol
What you have to realize is that most of those BBB complaints are usually people that bought a Chinese bike and expected Japanese quality bike that was assembled by motorcycle shop. They more than likely uncrate the bike and threw it together and just started riding the crap out of it without any proper assembly or checking any fluids. Then scratch there head and can't figure out why it blew up. Then they probably called up venom yelling and screaming instead of talking and wanting there money back. If you want to find out the real truth about any of the dealers, the members here will let you know who to avoid.

Yes I've bought two bikes from Venom and was planning on buying the 400cc Cruiser from them when ever it would become available until I picked up my Vulcan. I may be buying a ATV from them some time this year.

ANY China bike vendor will have total crap reviews on the BBB....well, maybe with the exception of CSC, but I also haven't looked lately.

I made the mistake of checking the BBB before I bought my quad. When I finally chose an online vendor, that was the most reluctant "click" on the mouse I've ever poked. The now defunct Superior Powersports. It went down as expected. The quad showed up, minor damage, zero after-sale support. At least I wasn't surprised.

It's just the lay of the land with China bikes.

I had planned to buy my bike from Venom but there website was giving me all sorts of issues loading and putting payment in so I ordered a different bike from someplace else. I did try to give them my money so I trusted them enough to try and make the purchase.they seemed like the better of most Chinese dealerships, certainly no where near as bad as a Manny dealership.

I'm surprised to hear bad reviews about Venom. Reading here and other places, the consensus seemed to be that they have top-shelf customer service.

I spent a little more to order from Venom over other vendors because of that reputation.

I'm glad I did. Bike came with all the proper paperwork. My front rotor was bent in shipping and Venom was super easy to deal with. I had a new rotor in my mailbox literally three days later.

Before ordering I did some checking by calling/emailing companies. Venom always answered the phone when I called and was really easy to deal with.

Another vendor I was considering never answered the phone.

Do you have any info on the 400cc Cruiser? I haven't seen anything on that bike, thanks for everything you do for the community

It will be imported by Braaap. They are basically waiting on final EPA approval. The Braap rep had contacted me a few weeks ago telling me it won't be long. https://braaapusa.com/products/braaap-cruiser

Gotcha, I reached out tho them and all they could say at the moment is that it's not for sale in the US yet and they're working on finishing up some dealership partnerships
