Does Veloz Powersports/ Superior Powersports honor their warranty?

I bought a Brozz around March of last year. The bike now will not start and there seems to be a compression issue. There is a 1 year factory engine warranty on the bike, and I was wondering: 1.) Will the warranty cover my problem. 2.) Has anyone here used this warranty before, and how did it go;was it easy, or a hassle?

Have you adjusted the valves? Valves set to tight will cause low compression. To answer your question. If it is a maintenance issue or just normal wear and tear they will not cover it. If it is a mechanic failure due to defect they should cover it but wouldn't count on it. There are very few dealers out there that will honor there warranty.

Thank you for the suggestion. I'm having a friend come over who has feeler gauges and knows more than I do. Do you know if this bike has a screw adjuster, or if I need to use the shimming method?

You just have to remove the valve cover. Here's a tutorial for the TT250. Basically will be the same for the Brozz. I don't know about the Brozz but on the Hawk I did not have to remove the tank.

How similar is the Brozz to the TT250? Would most of the parts and tutorials on that website work with it?

Like Goat67 said. Very similar. and the tutorials will be very helpful. No one that I know in this site has confirmed if any parts are interchangeable. Good bit of the parts are interchangeable with the Hawk.

A valve adjustment on the Brozz will literally take you about 20 minutes. Its VERY easy. No need to take the tank of or anything. I do it from the right side of the bike. And the valve adjustment Video from Motocheez on youtube is what you should follow. The brozz and Hawk are pretty much the same. Even the clearances on the intake and exhaust rocker is the same.
