I see a difference between the bottom and the quantity of the liquid.
What do you say?

My problem is: right vent is active almost like 5 minutes from the engine to start. And really heat, all the right side.

As a starting point I would suggest draining the coolant and refilling as per CSC tutorial
making sure you have no air locks and the left hand radiator fills properly.

I think CSC states the capacity as 1 litre so this gives you some idea when the system has filled correctly.
