Also has anyone found a reliable site to order the USB to Delphi diagnostic cable and reader software? I have tried two of the sites mentioned in the thread but can't get a good Chinese to English translation and am a little leery of entering personal info.

welcome wolfgong. i have been watching this massimo company. they look like the real deal and networked into tractor supply . this looks like a good business decision as authorized repair for this company.

2lz, looks like this business is right in your backyard.

The Delphi MT05 ECU communicates via K-line.

To communicate with the Delphi MT05 there is a new software avaiable:
HUD ECU Hacker

You find it here (Download and detailed description)

So, can this new software remap the ECU for use with a 300cc big bore kit?

Charles.

It would appear to be the case, you'd just have to make sure that you aren't exceeding injector duty cycle, and that you write a new table to tune the bike. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't run dangerously lean, and some modern EFI systems can adapt.
