Tire hitting airbox - raise the suspension?

So I'm aware when you put a larger rear tire on the bike it can rub through the airbox. I'm also aware there are lowering links for the RX3... but are there links to raise the rear a bit? I can flat foot it with the tall seat concepts seat, so if I can raise the bike half an inch to not worry about my Shinko 705 rubbing through the airbox, I'd seriously consider it.

Charles.

I had a 705 on my RX3 but don't recall it rubbing the airbox. No link to raise the bike, only to lower it. Measure the rear sag. If it's more than about 30% of available travel you should increase preload, which will help get the tire away from the airbox.
