Move the clip up to the 4th notch down and see what happens. I've not had one run properly in the bottom notch.
Also, what pilot are you running? The stock 20 it came with? Those are fairly lean.
Do you still have stock exhaust?

Just yesterday I ordered a 110/25 from jets-r-us for the same Mikuni (clone?) on my Rhino.

Quick update: I got my 5 cob led headlight bulb installed, and I couldn't be happier. The stock bulb had "35watt" stamped into it, and my led is rated for only 25watts, so there's a lesser "tax" on my charging system. Not only that, but after it was full on dark at my house, I flipped the key on and was pleasantly surprised by a CRAZY bright low beam, and an even better high beam. My next project is to dive into installing my light bars, and I fully plan on running them with a relay so they turn on with my high beam. Should be pretty crazy for night trail riding

Here's the Lo Beam:

None of this type carburetor respond well to "blipping". Although a Mikuni or Amal can sort of be made to do so. Try just rolling on the throttle while in gear and see if that works ok. The carburetors of this type can't pick up fuel fast enough if you just blip the throttle. There is only enough vacuum from idle to below 1/8th turn of the throttle to pull enough fuel up. Above that point, the fuel will start to catch up to the amount of air being admitted, but it takes an instant or two...ARH

Hey, do you have a link for that? What all exactly did you have to do for install, just plug n' play?

That's an impressive headlamp!...and smaller wattage? That's great. I may have to get a few of these.

Carb/jetting - I've had great luck with quick throttle response with all of my Mikuni's, once set up properly. That's the key. Proper jetting for your elevation both pilot and main, clip setting and proper setting of the idle mixture screw. Both the TT250 and Rhino react as quickly as any pumper carb I've had.

Thank you for sharing all your experience !
So I guess mine is ok when I roll on the throttle it's fine. I've never messed with carbs I'm used to fuel injection

Well, lucky you. You will find tuning a (for instance) Mikuni far easier than tuning (re-mapping) a fuel injection system. And a lot cheaper, too...ARH
