New Grom Knockoff's Are Now in the US

Ryker Powersports said that they were among the first to receive shipments of these motorcycles. They're going for $1999 ($1899 each if you buy 4). They look pretty close to the real Grom but they don't quite have the build quality of one (which is to be expected). However, they do look like they would be quite a bit of fun. Ryker was regularly running on Craigslist but it looks like they are all getting flagged for removal now? What do you suppose is going on?

Patient infringement? EPA violations? Both? Take your pick.

My guess is either it's because their ads pop up when you search for a "Grom" and people reported it or because they're spamming CL with too many redundant ad's. They still have some of their ads posted.
