Besides replacing my tube on my rear tire I changed the oil with Quicksilver Full synthetic 20w50 motorcycle oil (yes Walmart still carries it here) and lubed up the chain. I took the bike out for a short ride then the rain came. But that was okay. I made up for it yesterday and put a little over 70 miles riding.

Tubes and Tires

Mounted the Shinko 700's and Kenda Tuff Tubes on Q this weekend. Turned out awesome but it always reminds me how much I hate changing tires....

She got quite the undercarriage

Those new sticky soft rubbers really made a difference I bet.

Amazed how well that bike was made for c.b. back on 09'

How much did it cost 2lz?... Or is that secret nsa stuff

I think that is early SSR before it switched names, but just look at it and don't go past the gold forks necklace.

After this damn Winter and being locked inside staring out windows for months, we're ALL having a hard time adjusting to being outside!

The Qlink still is an amazingly well built bike, not just back in '09 but also by today's CB standards. Back then, she was expensive, as the SSR's are today.
The Hondoid hasn't changed much in price since that time and was still around a grand to 1200.00, like today. I paid 1750.00 for Q, brand new. Been worth every penny.
