So i figured out the problem i had a bad connection on the wiring... but loll i have 2 coil one not work at all and the other make 1 spark at 10 flywheel loop.
yep the throttle cable is backward... i made other test. The cdi is good and the plug geos to the coil is good but when en connect the plug with the ignition coil. Nothing happens... no spark i test it wiht a power supply and the coil make good spark.
At this point i'm a little bit screwed.
Not sure what coil you are using, but it sounds like the 2 wires to the coil may be reversed.
