Congrats! It used to be that easy here in Yuma, but the time I tried titling my TMEC 200, they insisted it had to be visually inspected. I had titled and plated one just two years prior with no visual inspection. I thought it was a statewide MVD rule that they have to visually inspect a mail-order bike, at least that is what Yuma's MVD insinuated to me, but maybe your MVD is just lazy, LOL
