Just spoke with SKI_Rush, and the new CDI boxes, and coil did not correct the issue. Please let us know what else to check or if there is testing that can be done at the coil for CDI plugs to determine the next step.

If we read voltage at the wires going to the coil while cranking would that help us? If so, is there a voltage reading we would be looking for? My Apollo Commander ATV has the AC style CDI, and I can try to test that unit to compare against if needed.

I feel comfortable saying the switch is good, His original coil tested the same as my commander, and very similar to the one in my Apollo bike.

He did send a video to me with the Multimeter leads hooked up to the wires going to the coil. While cranking the voltage looks to be in bouncing around the hundreds 300+, 200+, 100+, and it would read OL about every 1.5 to 2 seconds while cranking. Does this mean the CDI is sending the spark command to the coil?

I will also check my Apollo Commander tonight to see how it reads while cranking.

While we’re doing shits n giggles I’d try putting the stock carb back on and readjusting the valves back to factory tightness,I have no idea what I’m talking about but I’d damn sure try it if nothing else is working and you did these things before ever starting the bike, why not try...hope it gets up n going soon.

Someone on the China Bikes North American group on FB mentioned to adjust the valves. Maybe the fix?

as far as what’s been posted here he had no spark ,not sure if that has changed or not ,so not sure if valves ,carbs ,or even air in the tires have helped him at this point .I think he has joined the witness protection program .

Noticed Manny is offering a $149 assembly option.
That doesn't sound too terrible all things considered.

Take a look at how he assembled our Bashan WILL (then disassembled and strapped it to a crate)... if "Manny" is involved in any way shape or form... just say no...

Yeah well, I was just saying that dollar amount might make me reconsider my previous stance on doing it myself. Hope everything works out for Ski Rush. Sounds like he got a lemon. I'm interested if the money back guarantee is ever honored. Always wondered with these distributors.
