I could be completely wrong on this, but Motocheez has one of these bikes now and his seems to be in mph. So there seems to be a way.

I contacted him n seems not etc
I fail to see why they bothered to send bikes with KM, it’s so simple to make mph etc

Motocheez has mph also the factory said mph dashes were sent to the importer and to contact them for a replacement mph dash

The batch of apollo db 36 250 deluxe's that came in July of 2019 had MPH applied. Them Chinese know how..
