Enforcer being sold on Amazon

Looky what I found  Anyone heard of DONGFANG? Must be another distributor i am assuming? I happened upon this today and said to myself, that sure looks like the Enforcer, for $1,699 shipped. And Amazon sure offers protection! I got a $500 item for free last year because it had a little crack in it! Not that I'd pay $1700 for an Enforcer, just sayin, there are options! Funny, they don't say anything about it being street legal, no mention of Bashan, nor the model year, and zero reviews. I wonder if they are on Ebay as well  |

Dongfang are/were most famous for their bobbers, but a few members in the past have mentioned buying an enduro. However, this seems to be a case of them selling another distributor's bike if it is really Dongfang Motor Inc. as is indicated as the seller.

So just out of curiousity I sent them a few questions, and they repleied right away with some bizarre answers.....
"no, this is off road bike, can't drive on the street. manufacture: Roketa you can buy available parts on our amazon website." would you expect anything less than confusion from a china bike retailer?  I got thinking though...To sell them as a street legal bike, you would need a motorcycle dealers license in whatever state you are based...No license, just sell them as dirt bikes.
