Interesting assortment of parts. Several different styles going on, but it all seems to fit together nicely. I like the Guzzi-esque side covers.

I hope it's available in other colours.

I know it's also available in black, and IIRRC, custom colors (as well as accessories) can be ordered.

I see they claim 70 MPH from the 250cc (229cc) engine!

Tail Fairing - Check. Tank with knee indents - Check. Clip-on bars - nope. Its still a custom-looking affordable bike.

I did like the first gen Misfit but the price a bit steep.

I might be wrong but I heard the CPI XR250 sells for a fraction in China, which Misfit was based on.

What speed parts are available for the Gen II? Will speed parts for the Hawk dual sport work on the Gen II?

My guess would be one of the aftermarket carbs that fit on the Hawk would be one mod, since the 229 or 223cc (or whatever exact size different companies make their engines) are very similar. Also, gearing--my guess is the countersprocket on the CCW is an old Honda part like the countersprocket on the Hawk is.

It's 229cc and looks like it's identical engine to the 1st gen

they have a file here: https://clevelandcyclewerks.com/misfit-details-gen-ii/
and here's the spec sheet: https://1drv.ms/b/s!AoEJtwNSOSpzglYJBP-ipiPoBjqu

In this video, they said that Misfit can be modded from 12hp to 16hp.

Here are parts for 1st gen.. I am guessing these parts will fit the 2nd gen without too much problem

A 4hp increase does not sound impressive, but it is a 33% gain in horsepower for under a grand, with the new exhaust, head and rejetting (if you return your stock head to CCW).

-It will not keep up with a CSC RX3, but it is still significantly less expensive, even after adding $800 in speed parts.

Their engines are OEM'd by Lifan. I am quite sure they will respond to the same mods as most any of the thumpers (I think most are manufactured by Zongshen).

I think the Lifan OEM'd CCW engine is probably one of the few Chinese thumpers that could handle the power increase and remain reliable. I am guessing because the speed parts are available via CCW. I guess, thinking about it, the CCW engines are capable of even more modifications than the run-of-the-mill engines floating around out there seeing as they have parts and bits for the internals.

If it's not enough, there's a 300cc kit with forged piston kit
