1000 mile service (oil change,got the bugs all off the windscreen)



and thanks to RonB for the idea on the valve for the OCS tube

forecast was for rain today put all my rain gear on rode about 200 miles and i just could not find any rain just my bad luck

I buzzed around for about 450 miles on the western side of Lake Chaplain and Lake George. Great roads over in that area!

Springs very late in the Adirondacks this year and snow still present up on some of the ski slopes.

Ensign Pond Road is excellent if you're in that area, nice twisty road with a lower speed limit, perfect for the RX3.

Ready for the 2500 mile service now!

I too need to follow RonB's idea for the fuel valve on the OCS tube. Besides that my husband and I went riding today and we finally got 200 miles on the bike. We decided to do an oil change. We'll do the next one at 500 as listed too. One thing I didn't check when I got the bike was the coolant. The coolant is really low. I will have to order some to top that off.

Adjusted both our rear shocks, what a pain. Added the battery tender leads as well since the side panel and battery were out.
