SSR DEALER right up the road!
SO there I was, bumping around on SSR's website. I was looking at the little SR70 Auto for my boy. He has gotten pretty good on his little Razor electric dirt bike so I figured maybe I would pick him up a gas powered 2 wheeler. I found a dealer about 10 miles from the ranch. I didn't even know they sold SSR because they are a Trumpet dealer. Anyway I called them and the lady told me that SR70 Auto is 899 out the door. Now comes my question. On SSR's site the MSRP is 769 and a 65 destination fee. Should I bicker on the price? My train of thought is that these things usually sell for less than MSRP. Thoughts?

I say haggle away, and show them you can walk away if they don't budge on the price!
90% of them time they will move on the lower price when you start to walk out the door, the other 10% they expect you to pick up the phone when they call "after talking things over with the manager/owner, here is the best price we can do"... either way you show them you can and will walk away from a bad deal, even if it's only $50

You should look into the SSR XF250...the new version has a nice, meaty rack!!
