sorry but that is double dutch to me - does it mean they are heavier than their weight due to rotation? wouldn t that add to stability on the road?

i want to lose more weight, so i only eat fruit salad at night eh, no, i mean weight on the zong , so should rims be on my list? the frame of the zong200 is always gonna be heavy, but bringing her down just below 90 kg should be possible.
