50cc running rich,,,,, i think

i have a 50cc lifan scooter, hard to start and keep running for 5-10 min.
gotta really feather the throttle for 10 min until it stays running, smells (rich).

I would think this is an easy fix, it is an 08 50cc with 600 miles,,

What does the plug say?

Pull the spark plug and check the color. Is it black, white, or a coppery brown?

Very blurry, but you are looking lean to me. Is your carb needle adjustable? You might need to re-jet.

You could also check the intake and exhaust manifolds for leaks, if air is getting in you will have a lean condition too.

just some thoughts i think i would just change the plug since its out and put up with the cold nature and see if it gets worse i have a theory about the carbs on lifan if it gets worse contact me pm if you dont get my attention right away if you want to hide the problem (and maybe cure it) run some av gas or racing gas for a tankfull

circlip down, or Main jet size up...
I am just surmising this asthe first 2 pics are not the best.
I Think I can see deposits on the plug but they are too blurry.

First thing is run a new plug if you can and check it for color.
