Gio Mini Beast 110cc Seat
Not sure if this is the proper place for this, but I've got my sons Mini Beast about 98% restored now (complete tear-down and rebuild, stripped and repainted, etc), my only issue now is I can't find a new seat ANYWHERE! None of the universal ones I've found will fit, as it seems to have a different latching system compared to most of these ATVs, with a single plastic hook in the center, instead of two on the sides.
I managed to find one seat that was quite close, but the angle of the bend in the seat was off and it's a little too narrow; I tried heating it up and reshaping it, but it's not quite close enough. Does anyone on here have/know of where I might be able to find a seat for this ATV? My son is really looking forward to riding it |

Can you post a few pics of the bottom of the seat you have?

The seat that came with it is all hacked apart by the previous owner and doesn't have any clips or hooks left on it, since they just cut them off and screwed it to the plastics with a deck screw and washer, lol
The seat I got off amazon looks like this, but where the two plastic "hooks" are, my bike needs a single one in the center, instead of two on the sides, and the latch at the back needs to drop about 1 1/4" to catch the bar on the frame. I've disassembled the seat and heated it up to bend it to shape, and I've got it fairly close, but haven't been able to reconfigure it to latch yet. I may need to weld a bar onto the frame to catch the two plastic hooks in place of the single hook catch that's on the frame currently. |

I tried PM'ing him once before with no luck, unfortunately...
I've spoken to a distributor and he was unable to get the proper seat, since the atv has been discontinued so long. |

This is what I've been able to come up with so far, but it's obviously not ideal. The small chunk of pine is only there as a placeholder while I figure out what's going to work.

I'm probably around 3 1/2 hours south of Sudbury near the South-East side of lake Simcoe.
