150cc dirtbike chokes out

starts up first kick idles good right when you start off it wants to go then bogs out. if you give the throttle just a tiny bit itll slowly accelerate till higher rpms then bogs out so you can get goin a little bit just by shifting early but cant get a good deal of speed going.

cleaned the carb even though it was clean. airscrews omost all the way in. read http://forums.atvconnection.com/chin...-sunl-etc.html

said something about an e chip in the carbu. you guys think this is the case? and how hard is that to do?
