Brozz Rear Axle Torque Spec

I have a question I am hoping I can get an answer to.
Yesterday I changed the oil, lubed the chain and adjusted slack.

I noticed that when I tightened down the rear axle that the wheel did not spin as easily as it did before I tightened it down. I tightened it down to the that's tight enough spec.

Normal? Or can I loosen it up some.

So please advise me on what is the proper way to adjust the tightening of the axles. The front also seems to have a bit of drag.

Are the specs 45ft# front and 65foot# rear? That's the spec on the Hawk. I have 50 on the rear of mine and it doesn't pose any problems.

If this was my problem, I'd take the two axle nuts to the hardware store, and match them up with thin nuts with the same thread pitch. Buy four of the thin nuts (just in case), tighten the first nut to where there is no side to side play, but the wheel turns freely. Then add the second nut, to act as a lock nut. You will have to hold the inner nuts position with one wrench, then tighten the lock nut with the other wrench...ARH

Thanks for the replies I will see how tight I have them and also see about finding the locknuts.
