Do you have a beneficiary in mind? If not, I'm available.

We need pics!

Been there--done that. Everything was going great til it hooked up on a tree root........
Put an old tire on the back so it won't get good grip........
Just kidding.
Have fun, man. Nothing like a 250 coming on the pipe

Alright, Took a very close look at the bike yesterday....Few issues. The rear rim has a good chinger on it...Can be fixed but rather lace up a new one. The grips are shot...The throttle tube might need to be replaced or the cable lubed. Rear tire worn down....I am going to offer him 900 for it take it or leave it. It is worth that much in parts so we'll see. If I post pics he took it if not he can keep it

Those are minor issues to overcome, and 2000 is a new bike in my mind. You'd not likely get that bike for less than $2000 where I live.

Yah, But here I can get those bikes all day long for around 1500. I saw a newer one today on craigslist for 1100 in better condition. Everybody is switching to four strokes or need money I'm going backwards 8O ...I went to the bank and made the deposit but they won't allow cash out until the check clears..So they said funds will be available on the 19th. I went and told him and he said he would hold the bike.....I told him if You can sell it sell it...If it's still here on the 19th I'll take it. He asked for a deposit, I asked to see a clear notorized title in his name ...Needless to say after a hew hmms and haws he could not produce. So I am a little leary right now. We'll see what happens. But with all the new regualtions a bike with no title here is almost worthless unless You have a private twenty acres to play on. SO no big bike for me at the moment

Most dirt bikes in GA were sold new without a title. It has not been needed.

I think they still sell without a title here.

I wish it couldbe that way here, The Cali's moved in and started to reform everything. We have to pay 30 bucks a year to sticker our bike for off road use...If we plan on going on main trails the bike must be equipped with everything to make it street legal. You can't get the OHV sticker as it's called without a title. Pretty soon we will be ran out of the forest all togethor. A lot of bikes values dropped the day this law passed...You can get non titled bikes for 500-600 bucks...But they do You no good without Your own land or track. And it takes weeks and weeks to get a bonded title and is over a hundred bucks. This particular bike is only worth a thousand tops...So paying more for a title or finding out it was stolen makes me on edge a little. We'll see he swears there is a clean title...If so I might just pay the thousand and call it good.

With those conditions I would pay for it like I am buying it for parts. If you don't have the title its almost worthless as a rider.

Fortunately the Calis haven't discovered Georgia yet.
