Aftermarket Speedo Fuel Level

Hi guys, I picked this up

Got it wired up and the fuel light keeps flashing. Is there a way to get it to actually read? Currently the blue/yellow from the speedometer is grounded and that has stopped the flashing and reads full.

I also cant get the nuetral light to work. I tested the wire for continuity and it didnt display anything on the multimeter but when I wired it up to a dash bulb it lit up. Any ideas on whats going on or what to check? I will try a new wire and see if that fixes it.
