Things to check when assembling?

Hi all, I am picking up a new orion 150xl tomorrow:

I am no stranger to working on motorcycles so I am totally confident in my ability to put it together. However, this is my first china bike. As I understand it, there's alot of things to check on before the first start up. The things I plan to do are:

-check all bolts and locktite important looking ones
-grease headset bearings
-grease swingarm pivot
-grease axles
-replace all fluids (oil and brake)
-check/adjust valve lash

I am just wondering if there's anything else I should check? I am pumped to start ripping around on it but want to be cautious and do whatever I can to ensure it's reliable.

I would also look at the chain tension which has probably been set at absolute random by the factory. Also check the spokes for tightness, and check them again after your first ride.
