Hawk 250 throttle cable length
How long is the hawk 250's throttle cable? I got an aftermarket throttle after the original one froze and broke off and it has a different connection it like needs a 90 degree angle cable and the one there is just a little too short. How long is it supposed to be from the manufacturer?

Mine had 4500ish miles on it when i pulled it off for replacement, ive heard they might stretch over time so ymmv. But I measured 39 3/4" from cable end to cable end, 35" for the cable housing, and 4 3/4" of travel. I found this 40" cable with 4 1/2" of travel on Amazon (‎Super Motor Parts_18434) I haven't gotten in the mail yet, but it's the cheapest thing I found to a replacement. txpowersports is ridiculous with their prices. I know this is an old thread, but it really would have helped me out if someone else had answered this. So, there.
