Templar M?

PSM just listed a black Templar M "refurbished" assembled at a price of $1650. That is $50 MORE than they sold the crate bike new Templar M a couple of months ago.
And, they show the price before "discount" of $1800. Looks new but there seems to be some headpipe discoloration, so maybe it was a demo, somehow returned?

Just a heads up.
