Starting & stopping sentences makes it a lot easier to read what you are saying. Anyway it sounds like the bike is jammed in gear, it may have a bent shift fork in the transmission. It would be had to say without seeing the bike and seeing what exactly it is doing. If it does have a bent shift fork in the engine, it will have to come completely apart to be repaired.
