That color looks like a great match, there is a glossifier that will give you the shiny finish. In my experience it takes at the very least 5 coats, more will will give you a better result. I have been able to touch it up and it blends in perfectly (just need to build up where the paint is scatches off).

I would also recommend putting down a black or grey base coat before the blue. It seems to help block that kind of stuff from showing through.
