150cc GY6 Motor Scooters.... Re-Jet for Power.....

OK.... Here is a very easy fix for a bone stock 150cc GY6 Scooter. Just simply re-jet the thing. Main and Idle Jet...

Replace the Idle Jet with a 40
Replace the Main jet with a 108-112 roughly

Most of the 30 lb. boat anchor mufflers with the cheap aluminum wrap, and rivets on the ends could be cut off.... and use a short performance muffler welded on in its place.... You don't have to go loud to get performance.... Use a short muffler off a 250cc or larger engine.... with a larger outlet on the back than stock.

Don't need to make any other changes.....

I drilled out the pilot, rather than buy a new one (can't remember what size), and it starts beautifully with a Uni and free-flowing exhaust. I used a 120 main, and it's not enough. I gotta go buy more jets.

Thanks for your comments Doug.
