This is usually due to a third party vendor who's actually doing the shipping. If Amazon has the products in their fulfillment warehouse, it goes out fast. If they "deflect" your order to the vendor and they ship it, Amazon doesn't really have any control over that. That said, if you cancel the order through Amazon after you've been charged, I've never had a problem with them immediately crediting my card.

The first sprocket I ordered from them for the TT250, I cancelled the order after about 2 weeks of waiting and the status was still "not yet shipped". After I cancelled the order, I found a different 3rd party vendor in Amazon, reordered and it showed up in 5 days.
My aftermarket levers for my RX3 came from China....and they were on the "slow boat". Other than those, I've had pretty good luck with Amazon.

Well guys and gals I'm gonna save you the headache I just experienced. Please do not purchase the WGS 37 tooth rear sprocket without buying the 11 tooth too. The chain will not go one without it.

Maybe I'm ignorant and you have to have both odd count or even count sprockets on the front and rear the same time. Just can not get the master link to get in both pin holes. If I could the dang chain would be soo tight I'd ruin the rear sprocket in no time.

Truly disappointing

You can get a 530 chain half link to get it right.

Tractor Supply Co sells them in 50 size which is the same dimensions as 530

THANK YOU so much Darth! Went there on our way home from my moms tonight. Worked great, but I went ahead and ordered a 11 tooth front sprocket..prior to finding this out.

This will get me by until it arrives state side. Apparently they(WGS) is waiting for a shipment from the motherland(China). How fitting, chinese sprocket for china atv. BUT at that price it should be American made with the quality to show for at that price, ya know?

Cool glad I could help. Was a cheap fix and easy to get.

The 11t front sprocket will give you a little more torque so not time wasted. Pretty easy and quick to install. I agree on the price. Given the shaft spine and bolt pattern there isn't much choice in the matter. It's a specialty made to fit part so you're gonna pay more. Just wish the threads on it were better.

Don't be surprised if you have to chase it with a tap... Maybe this next lot is better. It is made of steel though so should last a long time.

Well the front sprocket is in the mail. So maybe early next week? Darth did you still retain the use of the factory hardware?

I'm not sure as its been some time now. If I remember right I ground down there keeper clip and reused the bolts.

Best bet would be to use whatever looks in better shape and grade.

If you can get a couple of allen head screws it would give you a little more clearance around them. The chain is really close to the bolt heads on mine. Will change them out at some point over the winter.

Any ideas why the ATV is hard to start now and it backfires through the carb too. Since I switched to the Mikuni carb it's not as reliable compared to the Keihin carb. Pilot is 25 and main is 110 with 1.75 turns out on the mixture screw and needle clip on the 4 highest slot.

Thanks guy's, asking cause I know you guys are more well versed amd knowledgeable in these quads and bikes.

BTW the front and rear sprocket made a huge difference in being able to lug it around with out feathering the clutch at low speeds. And climbing hills too.

Darth, I too had to chase the threads and clean out the splines too. And had to run a file over both ends of the sprocket retainer to clearance the chain rollers. Other than that, way less involved compared to the rear lol.

Good to hear it went well and you hit it prepared. Really wish the Rhino came with the torqued up sprockets. It is a utility ATV after all. Mine officially is now.

I'm not to good with the engine stuff... Hopefully 2LZ will pop in here... he seems real good with that sort of thing. Sure some of the others here can help you too with the Mikuni ins and outs. I'm all eyes and learning on the fly at this point.

Old thread here guys.
Do either of you have a link to that 11 tooth front sprocket? Is there somewhere on Amazon?

I invested in a coolster. Could you recommend a website for buying parts and or mods. I see things like wheel spacers for these machines that i would like to investigate. Also shocks might be a priority. I have no idea where to start. Thanks.

APSCUSA.com carries parts for Coolster but won't have the parts listed on there site. But if you call Don or email them they will quote you the price on the parts.
