Possible Kymco Spade purchase

As the title of the suggests, I have a Kymco Spade local to me that is for sale. It is a 2018 model and there are mods done to it, but they aren't the first owner. Normally I am on top of everything and do all my research before any possible purchase. But it has been so long since I looked at one I don't remember everything.

Being that this is a first year bike, any issues to look out for? How is the parts availability? I know with most of our China bikes it takes a bit of hunting, but with Kymco being a major scooter manufacturer, it should be easier, but I don't see much. Seems man in the box dropped their exhaust and tuner, has anyone else come out with anything?
