There is a way to change wheel size on the cluster. If i remember right, disconnect the power from the battery and turn the bike on and you can access the menu to change wheel size.

I buy some truck parts and off road tires in China and have to say they are all over you when it is time to order but get a bit quiet after that. I generally find they are highly motivated to keep their customers though, regardless of volume (to a point).
