Clusters sold out again......

The last few shipments out of China have been extremely slow. I have another order pending and they are telling me 2 weeks but realistically i'm looking at Mid August from previous experience. Please be patient as i am doing the best i can. Not sure right now if the Tariffs will affect me yet or not either.....

Matt

Well, let's hope it goes smoother and faster than it did the last time. Even if the Tariffs do affect you, it will still be right around $100-105 for a cluster, which is still worth the extra money.

The tariffs were one of the reasons why I pulled the trigger on a China bike last month. I'm curious as to how much more a China bike might cost once those tariffs kick in, whether it'll affect the prices substantially or not.

I've recently ordered a LOT of parts from China ,and the already long shipping times have definitely increased. I'm not sure if the Tariff Wars have slowed it down as they try to sort out and apply the increases to what is affected from what is not or what but right now based on my experience you can tack at minimum an extra week on ,and items that fall in certain categories appear closer to two addtl weeks.Hopefully it all gets sorted out soon ,in the meantime I have looked at Thailand sourcing ,some Japanese sourcing, and of course domestic ,all include slightly higher cost but may be

the way to go until Tariff backlogs get sorted out if you are ordering a part you really need .

Wonder if the unit I put on my Lifan would be plug&play on the Hawk? Works great and was cheap. Can't figure out how to link the thread but a search for 12000 RPM will find it.

Hey, I paid for the dash through your PayPal link. Just wanted to make sure that was the correct procedure.
Thanks
Richard

Hey guys I’m new to this forum but it’s good to see there a lot of Hawk fans. I did as well try to purchase the new gauge cluster. I sent the money PayPal as well. Hopefully all goes well and Matt can get more in. Would really like that upgrade. I’m still working out a few kinks with my Hawk but still loving it every chance I get to ride it.

Hopefully they'll get the wiring right on the next batch! Despite that the digital clusters are awesome and really improve the overall Hawk riding experience. Of all the upgrades I've done I would rate the digital cluster as the #1 nicest improvement.

Thanks for the update. I understand the “slow boat from China” and the lack of communication far too well!
