I saw that abomination as well.
I suppose what is next is a fatal head injury from falling off a two wheeled electric golf cart with no helmet. I have NO LOVE for electric vehicles, much less bikes, and don't give a rat's arse for any performance 'advantages' they may have for 40 miles before having to look for a plug and a 8 hour charge to get home. That particular concept vehicle is an answer to a question I never asked: "What happens when you cross a golf cart and a Segway scooter?"
