RX3 initial thoughts and questions

I hate to post questions to answers that MAY already be out there, but I've ran searches and haven't had much luck.
Initially, this bike is everything everyone says it is. Having a blast so far.
Installed my new headlight bulb last night. DANG, what an improvement!
Not sure if I can post the link, but they were TWO for $32 on Amazon, fanless, no mods necessary!

SO, here are my questions:

1. Is there a load rating for the A1 and A2? Manual states that there is something like 140 watts to play with, but surely these two circuits have an amp rating?

2. Has anyone fit a larger rear tire on the stock rim? Will a 140 or 150 fit?

3. Is there ANY other taller windshield suppliers other than the guy in Taiwan? Or has anyone bent their own Lexan with heat?

I think that's all I wanted to know for now. The rest of my questions SHOULD be available in the manual...capacities and such.

You can try to contact theese fellows:

http://www.parabrisascurtain.com/pro...ouring-250.htm

I'm on my second windshield from them (granted, I'm also in Argentina, so it's easy to me) without issues (first one was shattered on a fall, my fault)

I supplied a tall wind screen before BUT the shipping was USD$65 to the UK YES only shipping.
There are several heights I can supply from 10cm taller to 25cm taller.
I posted it somewhere maybe in my thread

You can have a custom windscreen made to whatever height you want. Gustaffon in St. Augustine Florida has made a few for me. They take your OEM screen and use it to create a mould or form so they can replicate the various cuves required. Then they heat up a plastic blank in their special oven, lay that blank on the mould, let it cool, and polish the finished product. I have always done this on a ride-in basis so my bike was there for them to drill the required screw holes. In your case you would have to drill the holes at home. They can supply a special drill bit for this purpose so you do not crack the plastic. Here's a link to their web page: https://bikescreen.com/

ScottRod, many of us have put larger rear tires on the RX3 rear only to find that the larger tire bottoms out and wears a hole on the inner fender and eventually the air box if bottomed out a lot. I suggest staying with the stock size tire for that reason. rj

In terms of Amp rating for A1 & A2

Amps = Watts / Volts

therefore around 10 Amps each

Remember this is/was park n light switch so if you’re on A2 it’s pulling all from 1 wire to 2 wires, is not say 20amps on input and 10A on each out.
I’d be suggestion 10A total so 5A each msyve
Best use these for trigger on a relay to be fair

This system is altered in the USA and they change the wiring a little due to regulation of light must always be on.
