SmartCarb Fuel System

I heard about this carb from an ad on Facebook, guy selling his dirt bike. Anyone try one of these on a China bike?

It's close to $1000 and really meant to improve performance on higher end engines. I've only seen it used on 2 strokes. Maybe they make carbs for 4strokes too. It's a bulky device, might be a tight fit.
