I was checking out the dr250 exhaust, It lokoslike it pretty much runs the same down the side as the 200, Also the rack on the back might be another piece that would interchange.

What do You think??

I did the exhaust mod but alittle different. I drilled holes around the remainder of the piece you left intact, then cut thru all the holes and pulled that little snot pipe out. I then threaded a piece of nipple 4" long 1-1/2 pipe into the section left from the snot pipe. This looks really good and still sounds throaty. Left the threads on the end so I can reduce it down if need be for riding quitely in those restricted areas.

Followed your link. Thats a nice rear rack. Not cheap? cause its from Suzuki. Would be kool if it fit. I also like the color matched hand guards for protecting the clutch and brake levers. Some yellow ones would dress me out along with a yellow cross bar pad.l The exhaust looks good on that DR250 but I see that smallish exit hole and we wouldnt know what it would sound like. There was a rubber plug that capped a plastic fitting leading into the air filter box. What was it for? I believe those inlet air box holes are way to small. Did you run yours without the cover yet? Chris.

Not yet, No time maybe saturday. I saw that capped plug also probably use that airbox on a few models. I took the cap off to see if it helped but it was to small to notice I was thinking that if the exhuast from the 250 would work FMF and one other make an exhaust system for it. Also maybe a kickstarter Man I miss having a kickstarter 8O

Awesome, So a drilled muffler and an open air cleaner help out. I'll try it this weekend.
