I have been through 2 200cc engines with less than 1000 miles. I knew that I wasn't getting a Suzuki, but TWO engines?!? I am ditching the Jetmoto, debating parting it out as it must be cursed and wouldn't want to bring bad luck to anyone else, and working on a Qlink XF200 with the Suzuki-style/derived engine.

In your case, at least try a new engine first...I wouldn't trust repairs for the life of me! I hope you have better luck than me...

Sounds like you need a case of JB weld.

You may be able to locate a replacement set of engine cases to replace the damage one. Did it cause any internal damage?

Hi idcountryboy1
What engine do you have? Over Head Cam or Push-rod? I have a set of A. Lifan 200cc Push-rod engine cases from a GY-5. It will take removing the engine from the frame and completely disassembling it and then putting it back together. Let me know.

it did not do any internal damage and i have no idea if it is a gy6 gy5 or what all i know is i am pissed and i need my dad to get some jb weld

Clean the case really well and use some sand paper to rough the area and remove any paint where you are going to put the JB weld. Get the 24hour stuff not the 5 minute and let it sit for at least one day.

I have use it to fix many things, but don't rush it. It needs time to cure.

If the hole is too big then replacement cases or engine is in order.

Good prep goes along way. It may not be pretty, but better than buying a new bike.
