Tbr7 700 miles.
Hit the 700 mile mark today on the TaoTao Tbr7.Bikes still holding up fine.I found a #20 pilot jet must have been from the Rhino carb, anyway I put it in along with trying a 115 from 120 main. Not much difference really.Still can redline every gear smoothly but I think I’m gonna put the 120 back in.
Top speed is 58/59 for me but I went 16 t front instead of 17t sprocket and kept the rear at stock 46..but I like my gearing, especially off-road. Here’s part of the ride today to hit 700 miles.https://youtu.be/s9jcJPEPuRk |
I am assuming the 20 pilot came from another Mikuni clone? I am starting to get curious about these Mikuni carbs that have a "40" pilot jet, and more specifically, how they are sized. I almost want to say that some strange manufacturer over there is pumping out Mikuni pilot jets drilled and stamped as a Keihin 40.

I really like that analog speedo, the one thing that really irks me on my Vader is the digital speedo / tach ., too hard to read ,sure wish i could find a compatible analog unit to swap it for .
