Hi All, new member with a lot to learn. I see a lot of cheap affordable fun with these bikes. Part of my DNA, how did I miss these bikes all my life. I have never seen one of these China Bikes in the Dakotas.

Welcome...there are many of these bikes all over, but they are spread out, so getting a sighting in the wild is far and few. I see a few of them near daily on my morning commute, but that is because the riders are crossing the border and commuting a few miles into the US.
