My Lifan X-Pect arrived from Venom Motorsports a couple days ago.
I had inspected it for damage before signing, and everything looked good. But after unpacking I found that the positioning of the front wheel in the box allowed the rear axle nut to rub on the front rotor during transit. I hoped it was just some cosmetic damage, but I have a front-brake pulsation, so I think the rotor was bent. I emailed Venom last night and sent a couple pics. This morning I got an email response saying it was forwarded to the tech department. Shortly later I got a call from someone saying they were ordering a new front rotor and I would receive it soon. I paid a little more to get the bike from Venom because of their reputation for good customer service, and so far it seems worth it. |
Yes, Venom has to be one of the best dealers with after sales support. When i had my X22R I has one panel that had a crack in it. They sent out a replacement panel right away. They're one of the few dealers that actually listen to what the customer wants and has the manufacture make these updates on future orders. If there is an issue, they want to hear about it to make improvements.

I made a recent post about a technical concern on my X22. Left a voicemail last night. Had an email response this morning when they opened. They're great.

Only three days later and the rotor has arrived.
