Where to buy a good street bike?

I was looking at the Lifan LF200B and thought that it might be a nice bike to order. But now I'm reading here on this forum that American Lifan has blown a head gasket and dumped all their dealers. And then not supporting buyers when they try to get their bikes registered.

So I guess Lifan is a bad choice.

So tell me, every dealer that comes up on google is a Lifan dealer. Is there an Internet dealer out there that sells something else besides Lifan that has a good reputation both with the Bike and its registration???

I wouldn't rule out AL yet. They have some weird rules and things, but not all bad.

Brian at www.motoxtreme.net is reliable and if you are in OH or near call Bruce at Ejcycles. 330-274-0098

Thanks. Actually, Ejcycles is the guy who convinced me that Lifan was nuts. Here is what he wrote:

So it would seem that even though he used to be a dealer and major supporter of Lifan, they turned on him. I'll look into motoextreme. They seem

Has anyone heard of neomotorsports.net ? Are they any good? They are based out of Hudson, OH.

if you do not mind the nighthawk look you might have a look at the hi-bird 250 street bike over at anamcycles.com or vbike.us. it seems the choice of bikes is getting small due to supply problems from china, caused by the earthquake there.
