What brand does this look like?
 

I am looking for a 4 wheeler for my son and I saw this. I have worked on old 3 wheelers and motorcycles in the past. What do you think about this for the price.

Looks like a ToaToa 110D utility atv. Out of gas & Fouled spark plug would be the things I'd check.
