I tried yesterday adjusting the one and only screw on the right side of the carb. it did nothing. I'll double check when I get home the throttle adjustment on the handle bar to see if that does...

Put the new carb on. Cranked it and the engine is at max rev. idk what the heck is going on. it's a mikuni.

You have to loosen the bolts on the rear...
