"Take Honda parts" might be a bit of a broad statement, but they do look like generic China atv's that are based upon clones of the Honda horizontal engine. Parts are cheap and plentiful on eBay.
Forum member FastDoc says that you need a sense of humour to own a China bike / atv, and he's certainly correct. Don't expect to just put gas and oil in it; it will need tinkering on your part occasionally.
