As for teh turns, here in NC you either have them ALL in working condition or NONE at all. As long as you know the signs for turning thats all you HAVE to have...I just like I said may as well run down to the dmv and figure out what all I will need. Then post up what I find out to help you guys in teh future..Always the bes thing to do to get good info in the thread history ya know
