...A few years ago, $1600 was a high price for Chinese bikes, but now, that is about par for the course/including shipping. Not having one of Excalibur's distributors near me, and the 'hint' of carrying Excalibur's products did get me a much better quote than $1299. It is how you word it (someone else tried this approach on my advice, and I think did not have luck, although not sure which sales guy he approached, and how he worded it).
A price of $1,600 might be "par for the course" today, if the price includes shipping. :roll: However, that price is still too high considering the deals you can find on slightly used, Japanese motorcycles.
